E.O.E Bio
E.O.E has been creating a big buzz since hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and accross the country with their creative mix of NOLA style funk, hip hop and world music. The all-star cast of New Orleans musicians made waves with a Congo Square Stage appearance at the 2009 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, and rounded out the spring with performances @ French Quarter Festival (broadcast live on WWOZ 90.7 FM), Bayou Boogaloo, and a 12 day tour of the US Virgin Islands. All members of E.O.E currently live in New Orleans and the band has now received a total of 6 Best of New Orleans Awards and the group's song "Tandem" was selected to be included on the 2010 WWOZ 90.7 FM compilation CD alongside artists such as Ozomatli and Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey. While the members of E.O.E are currently working on more personalized projects, the group stays a fixture in the New Orleans music scene.
